Submitting a return request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account: 
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return. 

If your return is approved then you will be prompt to mail the item back to 501 Grand Ave NW, Fort Payne, AL. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Once the team is received we will issue store credit.

 

Received your item but didn’t love the style, material, size, or etc? 

We offer online store credit for returns. Items discounted or “on sale” are final sale therefore no credit will be given. This rule includes Sale items & special sales such as Black Friday door busters.

Online store credit is only eligible on the app. It can not be used in store or on our online website. All items must be returned to us in the original condition they were received and with the packing slip. All returns must be received by us within 14 days for it to be eligible for store credit. Store credit will be given once the return is processed. 


Items eligible for returns: 

- Merchandise must be received within 14 days of purchase

- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered

- Items must have original tags attached

- Items must be stain free (Deodorant stains, make up stains and pet hair, etc. 

- Shoes must be in original box with no signs of wear.

 

Items NOT eligible for returns: 

- Sale items, This includes all Black Friday door busters.

- Discounted items

- Accessories (jewelry, hair accessories and any other items of which we have in this category) 

- Undergarments

- Or any item that is deemed non-returnable from The Blue Charm Boutique. 


The Blue Charm Boutique reserves the right to deem any sale as final even if it is not marked final sale. 

If any item does not meet these guidelines the item will not be qualified for store credit.  


All items must be returned to The Blue Charm Boutique 501 Grand Ave. N., West Fort Payne, AL 35967 within 14 days of arrival. Please include  original invoice along with any notes stating the reason of return. 


If you receive a damaged item please contact us at TheBlueCharmBoutique@gmail.com. Please include pictures of the damaged item and your order number. 


The Blue Charm Boutique is not responsible for any lost packages. We recommend ensuring the package before shipping it back to us. 


Once we receive your return it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. After your return has been processed you will receive an email regarding your online store credit. 


Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
